Remorph is an AI-powered aesthetic transformation platform designed for people using GLP-1 medications (such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound). Our protocols cover:

Hair shedding defense systems and supplement guidance
Body recomposition and skin laxity protocols
Personal style and identity transformation guidance
Monthly check-in tracking and protocol updates
Remorph is a subscription-based platform. Protocols are generated using AI analysis of photos and health data you provide.

4. Subscription and Billing
Remorph costs $49 per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds are provided after 14 days from the initial payment.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice via email.
5. Photo Submission
By submitting photos to Remorph, you confirm and agree to the following:
You own the rights to all photos you submit, or have explicit permission to submit them.
You grant Remorph a limited, non-exclusive license to use your photos solely for the purpose of generating your personalized protocol.
Your photos are never shared publicly, sold to third parties, or used in advertising or marketing without your separate, explicit written consent.
Photos of minors may not be submitted under any circumstances.
You may request deletion of your photos at any time by contacting privacy@remorph.co.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use Remorph for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Share your account credentials with other people.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI systems, models, or proprietary methodologies.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent health information.
Use the platform to harass, harm, or deceive other users or Remorph employees.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Remorph systems or other user accounts.
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Remorph is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes from following our protocols.
Individual results vary based on factors outside our control, including genetics, medication response, adherence, and lifestyle.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remorph's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Remorph is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of Remorph after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
