By creating an account and submitting your information, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
• Health information: medication type, dosage, weight, height, age, symptoms, duration of use, side effects, and other data you provide in our intake form.
• Photos: facial and body photographs you submit for AI analysis.
• Payment information: billing is processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, check-in responses, and interaction patterns within the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate your personalized GLP-1 transformation protocol.
• Update your protocol based on monthly check-in responses.
• Send you protocol updates, reminders, and account communications.
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our AI analysis models.
• Process your subscription payments via Stripe.
• Provide customer support when you contact us.

We never sell your personal data to third parties. We never share your photos publicly or use them for advertising. Your health information is never disclosed to insurance companies, employers, or other third parties without your explicit consent.

4. Photo and Health Data

Your photos and health information are stored in encrypted cloud storage via Supabase. Access is restricted to your account and authorized Remorph systems only.

• Photos are used exclusively to generate your transformation protocol.
• Photos are never shared publicly, sold, or used in marketing without your separate written consent.
• Health data is used exclusively to personalize your protocol recommendations.
• You can request deletion of all your data — including photos and health records — at any time by contacting us at privacy@remorph.co.

5. AI Analysis Disclosure

Your protocol is generated using artificial intelligence, including the Anthropic Claude API. Your data (including anonymized photo content) may be processed by Anthropic's API in accordance with their privacy and data handling policies.

Important: Remorph protocols are for informational and lifestyle guidance purposes only. They are not medical advice and do not replace consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult your physician before making changes to your medication, diet, or exercise regimen.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. When you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days in case you reactivate your account.

Upon account deletion, we remove all personal data — including photos, health records, and protocol history — within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for model improvement purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been violated.
