Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Remorph mobile application (“Remorph,” “the app,” “the Service”), operated by Forma Ventures LLC (“Forma Ventures,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using Remorph, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Remorph. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Not Medical Advice

Remorph is a wellness and aesthetics app. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Scores, observations, and recommendations generated by Remorph, including AI-generated content, are for general informational and aesthetic purposes only.

Always consult a licensed physician before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, supplement, or exercise program, and before making any decisions related to your health. Do not rely on Remorph as a substitute for professional medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at getremorph@getremorph.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Remorph offers an auto-renewing subscription. Current pricing is shown in the app before purchase and is billed through your Apple ID.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
We may change subscription pricing going forward; any change will not affect a billing period you have already paid for, and we will provide notice before a price change applies to your renewal.

5. Photos and User Content

When you upload or capture a photo in Remorph (onboarding photos, meal scans, Face Checks), you grant Forma Ventures a limited license to store and process that photo, including sending it to our AI processing provider, solely to generate the analysis and features Remorph provides to you. We do not use your photos for advertising, and we do not sell or publicly share them. You retain ownership of your photos. See our Privacy Policy for details on storage and deletion.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringes on someone else’s rights, or that you do not have the right to share.

6. AI-Generated Content

Remorph uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos and data you provide and to generate scores, observations, and a personalized daily protocol. AI-generated content:

Is clearly identified as AI-generated within the app.
Is an estimate based on the information available and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
Is not a diagnosis, prescription, or professional recommendation of any kind.

If you believe an AI-generated result is inappropriate or inaccurate, you can report it directly from the result screen or by emailing getremorph@getremorph.com.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Remorph for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its infrastructure.
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
Circumvent any rate limits, usage caps, or security features.
Upload content that is abusive, obscene, or violates the rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Remorph, including its design, branding, software, and content (excluding your own uploaded photos and data), is owned by Forma Ventures LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forma Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Termination

You may stop using Remorph and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13) will survive.

12. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update Remorph’s featur
