Privacy Policy

Remorph is operated by Forma Ventures LLC (“Forma Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Remorph app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Remorph is a wellness and aesthetics companion for people on GLP-1 weight-loss medications. Remorph is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app should be treated as a substitute for advice from your physician.

Face and Photo Data

Remorph analyzes photos of your face, so we’re explicit about how facial images are handled.

What we collect: onboarding photos, meal photos, and weekly Face Check selfies (images of your face).
How we use it: your photo is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which analyzes it to produce your aesthetic score/observations (Face Check) or protein/calorie estimate (meal). Used only to generate your own results.
What we do NOT do: we do not use facial images for identity/biometric recognition, advertising, or AI model training. We do not sell your photos.
Shared with: only Anthropic, as our processor, solely to return your analysis; it does not train its models on your data.
Consent: the app asks your explicit permission before sending any photo, and names the provider.
Storage: private, encrypted bucket on Supabase, accessible only to you and our pipeline.
Retention:kept while your account is active; deleted permanently (with your whole account) anytime via Profile → Delete account.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
Onboarding intake: age, gender, height, starting/current/goal weight, the GLP-1 medication you take and your dose/duration on it, your primary aesthetic concerns, your resistance-training habits, and your typical protein intake.
Photos: onboarding photos you choose to upload, and photos you take for weekly Face Checks and meal scans.
Daily activity: protein, hydration, and resistance-training amounts you log; morning symptom check-ins; answers to in-app journal questions.
Payment information: subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Forma Ventures never receives or stores your card number or other payment credentials.
Support communications: anything you send us at getremorph@getremorph.com.

Information collected automatically:

Basic device and app diagnostics (crash logs, app version) needed to keep the app working reliably. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs, and we do not sell your data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Generate your personalized daily protocol, aesthetic scores, and recommendations.
Analyze meal photos to estimate protein and calories.
Analyze Face Check photos to produce your weekly score and area breakdown.
Track your progress over time (Morph Log, weekly rings, streaks).
Maintain your account, process your subscription status, and provide customer support.
Improve the reliability and safety of the app (e.g., abuse and rate-limit protection).

AI processing:

Photos and intake answers you submit for a meal scan, Face Check, or your protocol report are sent to Anthropic (the maker of Claude), our AI processing provider, solely to generate the analysis shown back to you in the app. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf under a business agreement and does not use it to train their models. AI-generated results are clearly labeled as AI-generated in the app.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information

All data is stored with Supabase, our database and infrastructure provider, using industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
Photos are stored in a private storage bucket that only you and our AI processing pipeline can access; they are never publicly listable.
Access to your data is protected by row-level security tied to your account — other users cannot see your data, and internal access is limited to what is needed to operate the service.

4. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your profile, submissions, reports, photos, vitals, and check-in history within our systems, generally within a few minutes (see Section 6).

5. Your Choices

Access and correction:you can review and update most of your information directly in the app (Profile → Settings).
Camera and photo permissions: you control camera and photo-library access through iOS Settings at any time. Denying access simply disables the features that need it (meal scanning, Face Check).
Marketing: we do not send marketing email unless you separately opt in.

6. Deleting Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app. This immediately and irreversibly removes:

Your profile, onboarding submissions, and generated reports
All photos (onboarding, meal scans, Face Checks)
Your daily vitals, check-ins, and protocol completion history
Your authentication record

If you are unable to use the in-app flow, email getremorph@getremorph.com from your account email and we will delete your account within 48 hours.

7. Children’s Privacy

Remorph is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a user under 18, we will delete it.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

We share the minimum data necessary with the following providers to operate Remorph:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.

9. International Users

Remorph is operated from the United States and your information is processed in the United States. By using Remorph, you consent to this processing.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated last updated date, and where required, we will notify you in-app.
